My research currently focuses on unraveling the mysteries of the universe one Deinococcus genus DNA polymerase at a time. After receiving an Associate's Degree in Science from Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois, I transferred to Louisiana State University, where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry in 2006. After working for the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality for two years, I have reemerged into student life to pursue a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. Unleash the fun!
